Be Back Soon: 2025 - ongoing

Be Back Soon is an ongoing body of work exploring grief, ritual, and late-realised neurodivergence.
Emerging from personal loss, the project uses several art/life forms to study how we reconstruct care after the structures of mourning fall away.
Looking at the body as both witness and archive.

The Journey So Far

This project and its offshoots were birthed during a Rogue Residency in September 2025, that I received a partial bursary for. Read about its starting point, inspiration, and my accounts of the residency here.

Post residency - I am developing/editing/collaborating on ‘Burying My Brother’, a piece that is part of Be Back Soon. Parts of this will be on display in Spring 2026. You can request access to see what happened, in real time via this link. The Pendulum I have used since 2018 to connect to my brother will decide if you’re allowed access.

If you are an artist/maker/musician/movementer who would like to explore this project with me, I’m all ears. This project wouldn’t exist without the shared experiences of greif and I wish to carry that on.
